MAKU Inter-Unit Basketball Tournament Champions Received Their Cups

Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKU) in Burdur, the teams that ranked in the inter-departmental basketball matches organized within the scope of MAKUFest Festivals received their cups. The tournament, where 6 teams competed fiercely, was followed with great interest by students and university staff.

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine managed to become the champion of the tournament with its superior performance. Bucak Emin Gülmez Vocational School of Technical Sciences completed the tournament in second place, while the Faculty of Sports Sciences took third place. The other teams that competed in the tournament also received appreciation for their performance.

At the award ceremony held after the tournament, the medals and cups were presented to the teams by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hakan Öner. Prof. Dr. Öner congratulated all teams for their effort and sportsmanship in the tournament, emphasizing the importance of such events that strengthen the spirit of unity and solidarity of the MAKU family.
